REGISTRATION AT GARZA GYM ANNEX!!!!
Registration: Registration will be held at the Garza Gym Annex on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 beginning at 7:30 AM. You may register for all workshops and other activities at that time.
Exhibitors may begin setting up Tuesday at 2:30 PM through 6:30 PM.
If you are going to attend ANY off campus workshops, you MUST register for the conference online before the workshop(s) you plan to attend. This includes Gladys Porter Zoo, Palo Alto Battlefield and the Resaca de las Palmas. You may click here to register. Additional fees for the zoo should be paid when you get to the zoo.

- Tuesday pre-conference workshops. Attendees register at Garza Gym Annex.
- Wednesday will focus on K-12 students (and teachers) as they learn about science when experiencing exploding buildings, burning bridges and flying through the air with stuntman Steve Wolf, participate in fun and educational NASA activities, visit behind the scenes at the zoo, and more. Other workshops and sessions will be available for educators (who can attend without their students).
- Thursday is administration day and research day. Guest speakers will be streamed live. Click here to access live streaming: http://www.utb.edu/livewebcast
- Special sessions will be geared to the technology demands for administrators in this digital age. A variety of sessions will focus on what administrators need to know to take their students into the next decade and beyond. This day also includes a research symposium that will look at what works and what doesn’t in the classroom.
- Friday wraps the conference up with a variety of sessions in the morning and the rest of the day free to explore the area.
- Saturday welcomes the Urban Science to a community activity where parents and their children will learn about the weather in an interactive day of Storm Fury.
